Ⅱ. SECOND QUALIFYING TOURNAMENT

1) Eligibility

1. Any female players who are 18 years of age or over as of April 1, 2010 (Who was born before April 1,1992) and correspond to either the followings;
1. LPGA of Japan members (including players who obtained LPGA of Japan license in 2010 / not including LPGA of Japan Teaching Professional Class A members) and LPGA One-year member who registered for 2010 Tournament Player's Division.
2. USLPGA members in positions 51st to 90th in 2009 USLPGA Official Money List.
3. KLPGA members in positions 1st to 10th in 2009 KLPGA Official Money List.
4. Any players who have successfully passed the First Qualifying Tournament.
2. Any golfers approved by LPGA of Japan other than above categories.

Note:

A non-resident of Japan in the above categories A. (2),(3) or B. must obtain her guarantor's signature (or seal)and also be recommended by a national golf association or any national professional golf association of her respective countries or one of the LPGA of Japan member. The guarantor must be a resident of Japan in good standing.

2) Dates and Venues

1. Nov. 3, 2010 - Nov. 5, 2010

   Karasuyamajo Country Club(Tochigi-pref.)

2. Nov. 3, 2010 - Nov. 5, 2010

   Obatago Golf Club(Gunma-pref.)

3. Nov. 3, 2010 - Nov. 5, 2010

   Hakusan Viilage Golf Club(Mie-pref.)

4. Nov. 3, 2010 - Nov. 5, 2010

   Kitarokko Country Club Nishi Course(Hyogo-pref.)

*The venue will be allocated to each entrant by the LPGA of Japan after

the entry closing date.

3) Tournament Format

1. 54 holes (18 holes on each day for three days at stroke play) scheduled.

2. All tied scores shall be ranked by card play off as follows:

   (a)the best 3rd round scores, (b)the best 2nd round scores,

   (c)the best last 18th hole scores, 17th hole scores, and so on.

3. The Second qualifying tournament is considered as "officially concluded" as all players completed 18 holes principally. In the event 18 holes cannot be completed by the end of the last scheduled competitive day, play will be postponed.

4) Proceeding players to the Third Qualifying Tournament

1. Players in higher rank in the Second Qualifying Tournament at each venue will proceed to the Third Qualifying Tournament.
2. Approximate number of proceeding players from each venue will be announced by posting before the tournament starts.
3. The third qualifying tournament final filed will be determined after the conclusion of DAIO PAPER ELLEAIR LADIES OPEN (November 21, 2010).
