Ⅲ. THIRD QUALIFYING TOURNAMENT

1) Eligibility

1. Any female golfers who are 18 years of age or over as of April 1, 2010 (Who was born before April 1, 1992) and correspond to either the followings;
1. The winner of the 2010 LPGA of Japan Step-Up-Tour.
2. Players in positions within top 70th in according to 2010 Money list as of 2010 IDC Ootsuka Kagu Ladies.
3. USLPGA members in positions 21st to 50th in 2009 USLPGA Official Money List.
4. LET Order-of-Merit in positions 11th to 20th in 2009.
5. Any players who have successfully passed the Second Qualifying Tournament.
2. Any golfers approved by LPGA of Japan other than above categories.

Note:

A non-resident of Japan in the above categories A. (3),(4) or B. must obtain her guarantor's signature (or seal) and also be recommended by a national golf association or any national professional golf association of her respective countries or one of the LPGA of Japan member. The guarantor must be a resident of Japan in good standing.

2) Dates and Venues

1. Nov. 23, 2010 - Nov. 25, 2010*Nov. 26, 2010 one additional day

   North Shore Contry Club(Ibaraki-pref.)

2. Nov. 23, 2010 - Nov. 25, 2010*Nov. 26, 2010 one additional day

   Nemunosato Golf Club(Mie-pref.)

Note:

102 players are assumed to be an upper bound in each venue. (Including above categories (1) to (5)) But there is a case not to come up to 102 players to make the advancement ratio from Second QT to Third QT two venues hall this ratio.

3) Tournament Format

1. 54 holes (18 holes on each day for three days at stroke play) scheduled.

2. All tied scores shall be ranked by card play off as follows:

   (a)the best 3rd round scores, (b)the best 2nd round scores,

   (c)the best last 18th hole scores, 17th hole scores, and so on.

3. The tournament is considered as concluded as all players complete 54 holes principally. In the event 54 holes cannot be completed by the end of the last scheduled competitive day, play will be extended one additional day. The third qualifying tournament is "officially concluded" if at least 36 holes have been completed by the end of the one additional day.

4) Waiting List (alternatives)

A Waiting List will be provided for the Third Qualifying Tournament. The further detail will be posted at each Second Qualifying tournament venue.

5) Proceeding players to the Final Qualifying Tournamentd

1. Players in higher rank in the Third Qualifying Tournament at each venue will proceed to the Final Qualifying Tournament.
2. Approximate number of proceeding players from each venue will be announced by posting before the tournament starts.
