1. Any female golfers who are 18 years of age or over as of April 1, 2009 (Who was born before April 1, 1991) and correspond to either the followings;
   1. USLPGA members in positions 21st to 50th in 2008 USLPGA Official Money List.
   2. LET Order-of-Merit in positions 11th to 20th in 2008
   3. The winner of the 2009 LPGA of Japan Step-Up-Tour.
   4. Players in positions following to 2010 LPGA of Japan exempt player and within top 70th in according to 2009 Money list as of 2009 IDC Ootsuka Kagu Ladies
   5. Any qualifiers who have successfully passed the Second Qualifying Tournament.
2. Any golfers approved by LPGA of Japan other than above categories.
   Note: A non-resident of Japan in the above categories A. 1. 2. or B. must obtain her guarantor's signature (or seal). The guarantor must be a resident of Japan in good standing.

　　Note1: Dates and Venues will be notified to the applicants at least
　　　　　　 two months before the tournament date.
　　Note2: 102 people are assumed to be an upper bound in each venue.
　　　　　　 (Including above categories 1. to 5.) But there is a case not
　　　　　　　to come up to 102 people to make the advancement ratio from
　　　　　　 Second QT to Third QT two venues hall this ratio.

3)Tournament Format

1. 54 holes (18 holes on each day for three days at stroke play) scheduled.
2. All tied scores shall be ranked by
   　card play off as follows:
   (a) the best 3rd round scores,
   (b) the best 2nd round scores,
   (c) the best last 18th hole scores, 17th hole scores, and so on.
3. When it is difficult to complete 54 holes for uncontrollable situation, the tournament is considered as concluded as all qualifiers complete 36 holes within a given schedule (see attached table). If all qualifiers can not finish 36 holes, LPGA of Japan will conduct the play by using contingent day.
4. Contingent day is reserved on the day after the final round of Third Qualifying School.

• A Waiting List will be provided for the Third Qualifying Tournament. The furthe detail will be posted at each Second Qualifying tournament venue.

1. Qualifiers in higher rank in the Third Qualifying Tournament at each venue will proceed to the Final Qualifying Tournament.
2. Approximate number of proceeding players from each venue will be announced by posting before the tournament starts.
