Ⅳ. FINAL QUALIFYING TOURNMENT A.Eligibility 　　1. Any female golfers who are 18 years of age or over as of April 1, 　　　2009 (Who was born before April 1, 1991) and correspond to 　　　either the followings; 　　　(1) Players who lost her LPGA of Japan exemption status at the 　　　　　 end of 2009 season. 　　　(2) Players in positions top 5 following LPGA of Japan exempt 　　　　　 status for following to 2009 exempt player in according to 　　　　　2009 Money list as of 2009 Daiohseishi Elleair Ladies 　　　(3) LPGA member (Category A) who competed at Final Qualifying 　　　　　 Tournament in 2008 and in positions 1st to 50th 　　　(4) USLPGA members in positions 1st to 20th in 2008 USLPGA 　　　　　 Official Money List. 　　　(5) LET Order-of-Merit in positions 1st to 10th in 2008 　　　(6) Any winners of LPGA Tour of Japan in 2009 who have no 　　　　　 exemption status for 2010 season. 　　　(7) Any qualifiers who have successfully passed the Third 　　　　　 Qualifying Tournament. 　　2. Any golfers approved by LPGA of Japan other than above 　　　　 categories. 　　　　Note: A non-resident of Japan in the above categories 1. (4) (5) 　　　　　　　or 2. must obtain her guarantor's signature (or seal). The 　　　　　　　guarantor must be a resident of Japan in good standing
	B.Dates and Venues 　　Dec. 1, 2009- Dec. 4, 2009 Katsuragi 　　 Golf Club Yamana Course 　　(Shizuoka-pref.) 　　Dec.. 7, 2009 contingent day 　　Note: 102 people are assumed. 　 (Including above categories (1) to (7)) C.Tournament Format* 　　1. 72 holes (18 holes on each day for 　　　 four days at stroke play) scheduled. 　　2. All tied scores shall be ranked by 　　　 card play off as follows: 　　(a) the best 4th round scores, (b) the 　　　 best 3rd round scores, (c) the best 　　　 2nd round scores, (d) the best last 　　　 18th hole scores, 17th hole scores, 　　　 and so on. 　　3. When it is difficult to complete 72 　　 holes for uncontrollable situation, the 　　 tournament is considered as 　　 concluded as all qualifiers complete 　　36 holes within a given schedule (see 　　attached table). If all qualifiers can 　　not finish 36 holes, LPGA of Japan 　　will conduct the play by using 　　contingent day. 　　4. Contingent day is reserved.	D.Waiting List(alternatives) 　　A Waiting List will be provided for 　 the Final Qualifying Tournament. The 　 further detail will be posted at each 　 Third Qualifying tournament venue. E.Determination of Eligibility 　 Ranking 　The eligibility of ranking to play on 　the LPGA of Japan Tour and LPGA 　Step-Up-Tour to be officially 　conducted by the Ladies Professional 　Golfers' Association of Japan in 2010 　 will be determined 　　 according to the ranking results of 　　the Final Qualifying Tournament.
