Ⅳ. FINAL QUALIFYING TOURNMENT

1) Eligibility

1. Any female golfers who are 18 years of age or over as of April 1, 2010 (Who was born before April 1, 1992) and correspond to either the followings;
1. Players who lost her LPGA of Japan exemption status at the end of 2010 season.
2. Players in positions top 5 following LPGA of Japan exempt status for 2011 in according to 2010 Money list as of 2010 Daio Paper Elleair Ladies.
3. LPGA member (Category A) who competed at Final Qualifying Tournament in 2009 and in positions 1st to 50th.
4. Any winners of LPGA Tour of Japan in 2010 who have no exemption status for 2011 season.
5. USLPGA members in positions 1st to 20th in 2009 USLPGA Official Money List.
6. LET Order-of-Merit in positions 1st to 10th in 2009.
7. Any players who have successfully passed the Third Qualifying Tournament.
2. Any golfers approved by LPGA of Japan other than above categories.

Note:

A non-resident of Japan in the above categories A.(5),(6) or B. must obtain her guarantor's signature (or seal) and also be recommended by a national golf association of her respective countries or one of the LPGA of Japan member. The guarantor must be a resident of Japan in good standing.

2) Dates and Venues

Nov. 30, 2010 - Dec. 3, 2010

*Dec. 6, 2010 is reserved for additional day

102 people are assumed. (Including above categories (1) to (7))

3) Tournament Format

1. 72 holes (18 holes on each day for four days at stroke play) scheduled.

2. All tied scores shall be ranked by card play off as follows:

   (a) the best 4th round scores, (b) the best 3rd round scores,

   (c) the best 2nd round scores, (d) the best last 18th hole scores, 17th hole scores, and so on.

3. The tournament is considered as concluded as all players completed 72 holes principally. In the event 72 holes cannot be completed by the end of the last scheduled competitive day, play will be extended one additional day. The Third qualifying tournament is "officially concluded" if at least 54 holes have been completed by the end of the one additional day.

4) Waiting List (alternatives)

A Waiting List will be provided for the Final Qualifying Tournament. The further detail will be posted at each Third Qualifying tournament venue.

5) Determination of Eligibility Ranking

The eligibility of ranking to play on the LPGA of Japan Tour and LPGA Step-Up-Tour to be officially conducted by the Ladies Professional Golfers' Association of Japan in 2011 will be determined according to the ranking results of the Final Qualifying Tournament.
